Question 1:

"Where is my package?"


Answer 1: If your package has been shipped please use the tracking number that was sent to you to track exactly where your package is. You can put the entire tracking number into Google and it will find the correct link for you. Sometimes USPS does not update for every stop it takes, but if you got that tracking number it has been sent out, and once it has left our facility there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

Answer 2: If your package has not been shipped yet, we are doing everything we possibly can to get it out as fast as possible, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipment. We do try to ship orders out within a day or two but sometimes some products do not meet our quality standards or the product is out of stock and we will ship it out as soon as we get them in.


Question 2:

"My bugs arrived dead, what do I do?"


Answer: Please send us pictures of the dead bugs to customerservice@dbdpet.com and depending on a few factors we will either issue you a refund or send you another batch of bugs.

"Do you sell to other businesses?"
